Privacy Policy
How lendinblue.com collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information when you submit a loan request.
Effective Date: May 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how LendInBlue Finance LLC ("we," "us," "lendinblue.com") collects, uses, shares, and safeguards personal information when you visit this site and submit a loan request. By using this site, you agree to these practices.
1. Information We Collect
When you complete the online loan request form on lendinblue.com, we may collect:
- Identifiers: name, residential address, email, phone, date of birth, Social Security number (collected by the lender on the lender form, not by lendinblue.com at step one), and government ID number.
- Financial information: employment status, employer, income, pay frequency, checking or savings account details (collected by the lender, not by lendinblue.com at step one).
- Loan-request data: the amount you requested and the reason.
- Device and usage: IP address, browser, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, and timestamps.
2. How We Use the Information
- Forward your loan request to participating lenders, aggregators, and third-party marketers;
- Communicate with you about your request and related offers;
- Verify identity and prevent fraud;
- Operate and improve lendinblue.com;
- Comply with applicable law.
3. How We Share
lendinblue.com is a loan-connection service, not a lender. We forward your information to one or more participating lenders, aggregators, and marketing partners so they can present offers. Your information may be shared with multiple parties and you may receive offers from multiple lenders. Lenders have their own privacy policies and use your information under those policies.
We may also share with service providers that operate the site, with successors in a sale or merger, and as required by law.
4. Cookies and Tracking
We and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, measure traffic, and improve the service. The lender form embedded on this site is hosted by ZeroParallel, an independent company. ZeroParallel may set its own cookies and trackers subject to its own privacy policy. You can configure your browser to refuse cookies; doing so may affect site functionality.
5. Your Choices
You can stop receiving marketing emails via our Unsubscribe page or by clicking unsubscribe in any marketing email. Reply STOP to text messages to opt out of SMS. California residents have additional rights — see our California Privacy Notice and Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page.
6. Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by record type.
7. Security
We transmit information over TLS encryption. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children
The site is intended for users 18 or older (19 where applicable). We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under that age.
9. GLBA Notice
LendInBlue Finance LLC operates a loan-request routing service and is not a financial institution under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act. Lenders to whom we forward your information are typically GLBA-covered institutions and will provide their own GLBA privacy notice.
10. Changes
We may revise this policy. The revised version will be posted with a new effective date.
