California residents' rights under the CCPA and CPRA, and how lendinblue.com handles their personal information.
Scope
This notice supplements our Privacy Policy for California residents and addresses the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA") as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CPRA").
Categories collected (last 12 months)
- Identifiers — name, email, phone, IP address;
- Personal records (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.80) — postal address, employment information (collected by the lender);
- Commercial information — loan-request history;
- Internet/network activity — browser, referrer, pages viewed;
- Geolocation — approximate (IP-based).

Routing loan requests to lenders, communicating about offers, fraud prevention, site operation, legal compliance.
Categories disclosed to third parties for a business purpose
All categories above may be disclosed to participating lenders, aggregators, marketing partners, and service providers (analytics, fraud prevention, email/SMS providers).
"Sales" and "sharing" under CCPA/CPRA
Forwarding your loan request to participating lenders and marketing partners may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under the CCPA/CPRA. To opt out, see our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page.
Sensitive personal information
We do not use sensitive personal information for purposes other than those permitted under § 1798.121(a) of the CCPA.
Your rights
- Right to know what we collect, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of third parties to whom we disclose.
- Right to delete personal information we collected.
- Right to correct inaccurate personal information.
- Right to opt out of "sale" or "sharing."
- Right to limit use of sensitive personal information.
- Right to non-discrimination for exercising any of the above.
How to exercise
Email hello@lendinblue.com with "California Privacy Request" in the subject. We may verify your identity before fulfilling the request. Authorized agents may submit on your behalf with proof of authorization.
Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy.
Children
We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of California residents under 16.
